As a member of the Oracle Development team supporting our Human Capital Management sub modules in Oracle E-Business Suite, you will be required to contribute to all areas of development including analysis, reporting, integration, customizations and extensions. The candidate must be well versed technically in HCM modules: HR, Payroll, OAB, CWB, etc.
You will work within a team environment driving technical solutions but also independently to deliver development tasks as necessary Excellent analytical skills required. You will not be provided detailed specifications on some development activities. Able to troubleshoot and resolve problems independently. The minimum qualifications for this position are:
- 7+ Years of application development experience within Oracle E-Business Suite
- Expert writing interfaces between OAB and 3rd party systems
- Expert in tuning
- Expert experience with the setup of plans, options, standard/variable rates, elements, life events, etc
- Experience creating and debugging Fast Formulas
- Experience with Self Service, especially Open Enrollment
- Experience analyzing RUPs for business/systems impact
- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Shell, PERL, OA Framework, Workflow Builder, Bi Pub
- This position will be required to contribute to all areas of development.
- Must be well versed technically in HCM modules: HR, Payroll, OAB, CWB, Taleo, etc.
- Expertise in effective design, scope, development and implementations.
